NEW YORK CITY—Last month’s acquisition of myVRM expanded Condeco Software’s platform by enhancing its video integration capabilities. Already, however, the 11-year-old workplace software company considered itself “really the only one-stop shop in the space utilization and optimization business,” John Anderson, Condeco’s chief revenue officer for the Americas, tells GlobeSt.com. With a global client roster that includes GE, Shell and Johnson & Johnson, Condeco recently completed a $30-million fundraising round that will allow for further expansion.
