Busi to Lead NGKF’s Valuation Practice

Busi has been brought on board to build NGKF’s valuation and advisory platform.

NEW YORK CITY—Property valuation veteran John Busi has joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank to lead its valuation and advisory division. Busi most recently was president of valuation and advisory and global practice lead at Cushman & Wakefield, where he worked for 35 years.

“Our goal is to hire the best and most qualified professionals to lead every respective discipline within NGKF’s full-service platform, as we have done with the addition of Rob Griffin and Kevin Shannon in capital markets, as well as the acquisition of ARA and other market leaders throughout the country,” says Barry M.
