Barings’ Henderson Joins Ares RE Platform

Henderson is joining Ares as a partner in its Real Estate Group.

LOS ANGELES—Jamie Henderson has joined the real estate team at Ares Management LP in a variety of capacities. He’s now with Ares as a partner in the Real Estate Group and as co-head of real estate debt. Additionally, he has been named president and CIO of Ares Commercial Real Estate Corp. (ACRE), the mortgage REIT managed by an Ares subsidiary. John Jardine, who co-heads the real estate debt platform, and Robert L. Rosen, will continue as ACRE’s co-CEOs.

His 15 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate gives Henderson an extensive background across originations, portfolio management and capital raising.
