NEW YORK CITY—In the first part of its “Emerging Trends in Real Estate” report for 2016, the Urban Land Institute focused on the shift to “18-hour cities” and shifts in both the office and housing markets.

In the second part of its research, ULI comments on parking lots, infrastructure and the rise of food’s significance. Here are portions of the findings.
