Capital Raised for UWS Condo Conversion

NEW YORK CITY—The 145-unit building features a tony Central Park West address.

360 Central Park West Capital has been raised for the condominium conversion of 360 Central Park West.

NEW YORK CITY—Bill Lustig of Lustig Capital has arranged a $67 million construction loan for the condominium conversion of360 Central Park West.

The 145-unit building sits at the South corner of Central Park West and 96th street. Designed by Rosario Candela, the Upper West side apartment tower is one of the architect’s “church” buildings, incorporating the Second Presbyterian Church of New York within its structure.
