GFI Grows Research Efforts

NEW YORK CITY—The firm has brought on a research and market analyst who previously worked at MNS and Massey Knakal, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY.

NEW YORK CITY—In an effort to expand its research and analytics capabilities, GFI Realty Services has hired Justin Fitzsimmons as a research and market analyst, GlobeSt.com has learned EXCLUSIVELY. Prior to joining the firm he served as a research and market analyst of investment sales at MNS Real Estate, a New York City-based real estate brokerage that specializes in the marketing, sale and rental of residential properties. He started his career at Massey Knakal, where he focused on market analysis and in-house promotion for the firm’s exclusive listings.

In the new role, Fitzsimmons will have the opportunity to develop and grow a robust research and analytics platform for the company, which will provide market-specific insight and value to the firm’s client base.
