Industry City building 19 Tenants of Industry City’s Building 19, in Sunset Park, already include the Brooklyn Nets and Time Inc.

NEW YORK CITY—Looking to court creative office occupiers in need of space, Brooklyn’s Industry City has revealed plans to renovate Building 19 to create a block of 500,000 square feet. Located in the Sunset Park area, the sprawling complex features six million square feet of warehouse structures on the waterfront. The facility has retained a Newmark Grubb Knight Frank team—led by tri-state region president David Falk—as the exclusive leasing agent for the new space.

The  large block is spread out over seven floors in Industry City’s Building 19, which already is home to the Brooklyn Nets’ practice center. Improvements to the building include upgrades to the basic infrastructure, new windows, and a new lobby.  The space offers 13-foot ceilings, large floor plates, superior connectivity, and views of the Manhattan skyline, East River and Statue of Liberty.
