NEW YORK CITY— Feil Organization has announced three new long-term full floor leases at 251 Park Ave. South. Bonnier Publishing USA has signed for 7,659 square feet, expanding and relocating from Feil’s 853 Broadway. Tusk Strategies will occupy 7,663 square feet, at the 120,000-square-foot office building at East 20th Street. Pond5 will take 7,659 square feet. Robert Fisher, director of commercial leasing at Feil, represented the landlord in all of the transactions. Bonnier was represented by John Pavone of Colliers and Gerard Picco of Avison Young. Jonathan Wasserstrum represented Tusk Strategies. Pond5 was represented by Dennis Someck and Justin Myers of Lee & Associates. Feil’s Brian Palumbo and Michele Frankel provided legal counsel, while Bruce Saber of Arnold and Porter represented Little Bee, a division of Bonnier. Tusk was represented by James Kennedy of Wilk Auslander, and Pond5 by David Rosen of Rosen Associates.

Gap Inc. has revealed plans to open a 20,000-square-foot photo and design studio at Industry City this spring. The sprawling 16-building, six-million-square-foot complex is in the Sunset Park section of Brooklyn. The 10-year lease was negotiated by Eric Deutsch and Jason Pollen of CBRE Group on behalf of Gap and by Brett Harvey and Jeff Fein of Industry City’s internal leasing team for the property.

Precision Medicine Group has inked a lease at Empire State Realty Trust’s One Grand Central Place, a 55-story tower located directly across the street from Grand Central Terminal. Terms of the lease were undisclosed but asking rents were in the $57 to $62-per-square-foot range. Cushman & Wakefield senior managing directors Stephen Bellwood and Nicola Heryet represented the tenant while the landlord was represented in-house by Ryan Kass, SVP, director of leasing and marketing; Lindsay Godard, leasing associate and William Cohen, EVP, Newmark Grubb Knight Frank.

Handler Real Estate Organization has arranged a long-term, 16,835-square-foot lease renewal on behalf of law firm Wachtel Missry at 885 Second Avenue. Handler principal and CEO Scott Galin, along with director Darell Handler, represented the tenant in the transaction.

Two firms have leased build-to-suit space comprising approximately 16,000 square feet at 437 Madison Ave. Hedge fund manager Harbor Spring Capital has signed a six-year, 7,575 square-foot lease at the 850,000-square-foot office building. The location will serve as the company’s new Manhattan headquarters. It expects to relocate from 99 Park Avenue in the third quarter. Meanwhile, Ospraie Management is leasing 7,973 square feet. The firm, which is located at 320 Park Ave., expects to relocate in the third quarter. Michael Lenchner, VP and director of leasing at Sage Realty Corp.—the leasing and management division of the landlord, the William Kaufman Organization, represented the building’s ownership in-house in both transactions, along with a JLL leasing team of Frank Doyle, David Kleiner, Cynthia Wasserberger, Hayley Shoener and Harlan Webster. Evan Margolin and Lance Leighton of Savills Studley represented Harbor Spring Capital while Brad Needleman and Alexander Golod of CBRE represented Ospraie. Asking rents in the building range from $80 to $110 per square foot.

Zazoom Media Group has signed an eight-year lease extension and expansion for 10,577 square feet at 55 Broadway, a 31-story, Class A Downtown office tower. Currently occupying 5,521 square feet, ZMG has leased an additional 5,000 square feet to accommodate its growth and need for additional production studios. Steve Chasanoff, an executive managing director with Colliers International,  represented ZMG in the transaction. Jonathan Cope of CBRE, represented the property owner, the Harbor Group, in the transaction.
