575 Underhill Blvd. ProHEALTH Care Associates is set to occupy a 25,000-square-foot medical office space in Syosset, NY.

SYOSSET, NY—ProHEALTH Care Associates has agreed to occupy a 25,000-square-foot medical office space at 575 Underhill Blvd. here. Previously, the healthcare company’s pediatric division, Kidfixers, relocated to the property from another location in the area.  Tommy Tsiolis, Long Island Industrial’s director of leasing, represented both the tenant and the building’s landlord in the deal.

Colliers International Group has arranged a long-term, 15,000-square-foot lease for Digitech Computer at Chappaqua Crossing, a 120-acre, multi-tenant campus at 480 Bedford Rd., in Chappaqua, NY. The Westchester County site is the former Reader’s Digest headquarters. Ian Ceppos, a senior managing director at Colliers International, along with associate Cameron Paktinat, represented Digitech Computer in the transaction. Kathleen Fazio and Matthew Lisk, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the landlord in the transaction. The building’s ownership group—a joint venture between Summit Development and Greenfield Partners—plans to develop an additional 120,000 square feet of new retail space at the property, including a full-service grocery and 111 units of condominium housing, with 20 affordable units.

Rudin Management Co. has completed a 15-year lease with the National Development Council for 11,741 square feet of office space at One Battery Park Plaza. The nonprofit organization will occupy a portion of the seventh floor of the 36-story, 875,000 square-foot tower, which is located between the Battery, the 25-acre waterfront park and Whitehall Street. It moved to the building in April 2016 from 708 Third Ave. Daniel Horowitz, Jeffrey Peck and Christopher Foerch of Savills Studley represented the tenant in the long-term transaction. Kevin Daly, VP of commercial leasing at Rudin, represented the landlord in-house. The Rudin Family is currently marketing the eigth and ninth floors, each 26,745 square feet, which will become available in September 2016. Asking rents are $55 per square foot.
