10 Jay St. Translation has signed a 35,000-square-foot lease at 10 Jay St. in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn.

NEW YORK CITY—Translation has signed a 35,000-square-foot lease at 10 Jay St. in the Dumbo section of Brooklyn. The tenant is relocating to the 230,000-square-foot building from 145 W. 45th Street in Manhattan, with an anticipated move date of January 2017. CBRE’s Ben Friedland, Keith Caggiano, Zak Snider and Evan Fiddle represented ownership, Glacier Global Partners and Triangle Assets. Translation was represented by Lance Korman of Newmark Knight Frank.

Ameriprise Financial has extended its lease and increased its space at RXR’s 530 Fifth Ave. The occupier will expand from 14,900 square feet of space to approximately 21,000 square in the 26-floor, 536,000-square-foot office building. The new lease is for 10 years. Ameriprise was represented in the transaction by Josh Kuriloff and Andrew Braver from Cushman & Wakefield. Dan Birney and Alexandra Budd from RXR handled the lease in-house.
