NEW YORK CITY—Junior’s has taken another bite out of Times Square. The iconic cheesecake seller—which already has a full-service restaurant at 1515 Broadway—has signed a 15-year, 10,287-square-foot lease at 1626 Broadway. Located at the Northeast corner of 49th Street, the space formerly was occupied by Ruby Foo’s. Both Junior’s and the landlord were represented by CBRE vice chairman David LaPierre, SVP Gary Trock, senior associate Sean Moran and associate Zachary Parisi.

Greystone’s real estate advisors group has brought on a team specializing in the acquisition and preservation of low income housing tax credit and project‐based Section 8 communities nationwide. The senior group from Denver-based Cambridge Housing Partners includes David Garcia, previously managing director of CHP, along with former principals Jeff Dean and Zach Chenault. The trio brings to Greystone a combined 50 years of experience in affordable housing redevelopment activity across more than 25 states.
