NEW YORK CITY—CBRE Group has represented Loeb Enterprises in a 30,986-square-foot office renewal and expansion at 712 Fifth Ave. The brokerage firm’s Anthony Dattoma and John Maher represented the tenant in the ten-year deal. The landlord in the transaction was Paramount Group, represented by Doug Neye and Pete Brindley.

Law firm Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein has signed a long-term lease extension at Jack Resnick & Sons’ 250 Hudson St. in Midtown South. The agreement encompasses 27,778 square feet and has been extended through 2029. David Kleinhandler of CBRE represented the tenant in the leasing transaction, while Dennis Brady and Brett Greenberg of Jack Resnick & Sons represented building ownership in-house.
