Investment Bank Veteran Joins JLL

Kevin Stahl, JLL’s newest hire, has more than two decades of investment banking experience.

NEW YORK CITY—Real estate investment banking veteran Kevin Stahl has joined JLL as managing director of capital markets. He brings more than 20 years of industry experience to the position, having most recently served as executive managing director at Stan Johnson, according to his LinkedIn.com profile. Stahl previously held roles as partner and head of the real estate advisory business at Perella Weinberg Partners and managing director and co-head of US real estate investment banking at RBC Capital Markets.

In Stahl’s new role—based here—he will expand JLL’s advisory capabilities with a focus on real estate mergers and acquisitions, strategic advisory, recapitalizations, structured portfolio transactions and large private equity raises. He will work with JLL’s capital markets professionals around the country to offer clients strategic advice, capital solutions and transaction execution through a unique combination of corporate finance, capital markets and real estate expertise.
