Veteran Leasing Broker Joins Avison Young

NEW YORK CITY—After 30 years of experience, the industry professional joins the firm following stints at Cushman & Wakefield, DTZ/Cassidy Turley and Colliers ABR.

NEW YORK CITY—Veteran tenant and landlord broker Nicola (Nicky) Heryet has joined Avison Young here.

Boasting more than three decades of industry experience and longstanding client relationships, she was with Cassidy Turley—which was later sold to DTZ, which in turn was bought by Cushman & Wakefield—for five years as a principal. After all of the mergers, Heryet remained at Cushman for a year as senior managing director, according to her profile.
