RICS Americas Elevates Four Members to Board

NEW YORK CITY—The newly appointed industry veterans hail from BlackRock, Duff and Phelps, Colliers and a firm called The Building People.

NEW YORK CITY—RICS Americas has appointed four of its members to the board. The regional branch of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the largest global organization for professionals in real estate, construction, valuation and related industries, is based here.

The newly appointed board members are Roger Flather, director, global head of performance and valuation for BlackRock Realty; Bruce Greenberg, managing director and country leader for Duff and Phelps within the real estate advisory group, Mexico City; Christopher Turner (US country chair, ex officio), senior director, capital markets and investment sales group, Colliers International and Lawrence Melton (FM sector chair, ex officio), CEO and president, The Building People.
