Cushman Investment Sales Vet Joins Eastern Consolidated

NEW YORK CITY—Named a senior director of capital markets, the industry professional was a director of sales at Massey Knakal until that firm was purchased by Cushman in late 2014.

Kimyagarov-Lev Kimyagarov has arranged over $450 million in transactions for 100 properties in the New York City area.

NEW YORK CITY—Veteran dealmaker Lev Kimyagarov has joined Eastern Consolidated as a senior director in the investment sales division.

Before coming to the firm, Kimyagarov was a senior director in the capital markets group of Cushman & Wakefield. Previously, he served as a director of sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services. That firm was sold to Cushman in 2014.
