CRE Tech Firm Bolsters Area Staff

NEW YORK CITY—An online industry marketplace has appointed a regional director of business development to grow its Northeast and Mid-Atlantic operations.

Wendy Blue Wendy Blue joins CREXi from JLL, where she held several consulting positions in commercial real estate.

NEW YORK CITY—CREXi, the online commercial real estate marketplace, has hired Wendy Blue as regional director of business development here to support the firm’s continued expansion into the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. The company is headquartered in Venice, CA.

Blue joins CREXi from JLL, where she held several consulting positions in commercial real estate. In Blue’s most recent role at the firm, she provided strategic occupancy planning, as well as real estate advisory and transaction management services to a Fortune 100 financial services corporation.
