HKS Capital Partners Brings On Managing Director

NEW YORK CITY—The appointee, a 25-year veteran of the industry, has experience obtaining commercial mortgages for all asset classes.

NEW YORK CITY—HKS Capital Partners has appointed Charles Yellen managing director. He is a 25-year veteran of the finance industry.

Before joining the capital advisory firm, he worked at Pergolis Swartz Associates for ten years. At that company, Yellen obtained commercial mortgages for all asset classes—including multifamily, retail, industrial, office, hotel and construction—in transactions with a net worth of over $500 million dollars. It was unclear at press time where Yellen worked earlier in his career.
