NEW YORK CITY—The 15 contenders for the 2016 Sales Brokers Most Ingenious Deal of the Year awards—to be handed down next month by the Real Estate Board of New York—have been revealed. The Bronx and Brooklyn each saw one of the nominated transactions while the remaining 13 were done in Manhattan.
