Hudson Yards Nabs a Brasserie

NEW YORK CITY—The restaurant—which will sit in the complex’ Shops & Restaurants building—is being developed by a London-based restaurateur with an existing portfolio of 35 eateries.

NEW YORK CITY—London-based restaurant group D&D London has revealed plans to bring a new chef-driven restaurant concept to Hudson Yards. spanning 28 acres on the city’s West Side.

Slated to open in the fall of 2018, D&D’s yet-to-be-named modern brasserie concept will join the collection of more than a dozen restaurants curated by celebrity chef Thomas Keller and Related Urban president and CEO and restaurateur Kenneth A. Himmel.
