He restructured and renewed L-3 Communications’ 90,000-square-foot headquarters lease at 600 Third Ave. for a 15-year term. Petriello also completed 130,000 square feet of transactions for Alix Partners, a former portfolio investment of client CVC Capital Partners—relocating the company to a 65,000-square-foot, 13-year sublease at 909 Third Ave. and subleasing its 65,000 square feet of space at 40 W. 57th St. for the remaining nine-year term, achieving significant savings.
