NEW YORK, NY—CBRE represented Logicworks in a 15,466-square-foot lease renewal on the entire fifth floor at 155 Avenue of the Americas. CBRE’s Jared Freede and Eric Deutsch represented Logicworks, a provider of cloud automation and managed IT services.

MAHOPAC, NY—Heidenberg Properties Group received final site plan approval from the Town of Carmel for the renovation and expansion of the Lake Plaza Shopping Center. Central to the redevelopment is the construction of a new 54,000 square foot Stop & Shop. Heidenberg Properties will demolish the existing 24,000 square foot Key Food supermarket and the 7,800 square-foot CVS Pharmacy. The new building footprint will expand Lake Plaza Shopping Center from 141,000 to nearly 165,000 square feet.

EASTON, PA WCRE represented 50 Hilton Street in its recent acquisition of 50 Hilton Street in Easton, PA. The property is a fully leased 119,500 square foot multi-tenanted industrial/flex building situated on approximately 5.24 acres.

PLEASANTVILLE, NJ—Colliers International is marketing a combined 32,000-square-foot auto sales/services facility owned and occupied by Mercedes-Benz of Atlantic City. The site is fully operational but will be vacated by the second quarter of 2017, when Mercedes’ new facility is expected to be finished. Situated on eight acres at 7018 Black Horse Pike, Pleasantville, NJ, the property has significant frontage and exposure on the Black Horse Pike. HACKENSACK, NJ—Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is again holding its annual “Operation Holiday” gift and toy drive with Eva’s Village, a non-profit social service organization and one of the largest anti-poverty programs in New Jersey. HOBOKEN, NJ—Fields Construction Company received the Hoboken Chamber of Commerce’s prestigious “Developer/Builder of the Year” award. Bestowed during the Chamber’s fifth annual Business Awards dinner, the award recognizes Fields for its achievements in the Hobken community.  Fields, which is headquartered on Henderson Street in Hoboken, has a long history of contributing to the enhancement of the Hudson County city. Since entering the market in 1999, the company has built more than 1,500 apartments throughout Hoboken.
