Accounting Firm Goes Sustainable in New East Brunswick Office

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ—The CPA firm of WithumSmith+Brown relocated more than 150 employees to 1 Tower Center Boulevard, East Brunswick, NJ in a comprehensive, sustainable buildout of its new 46,234-square-foot first-class office space that used recycled content and diverted 34,873 pounds of construction waste from landfills.

“We are extremely proud of the choices we have made in designing the office space, which is most certainly not like any other ‘typical accounting office,’” says John Mortenson, partner-in-charge of the East Brunswick office. “We looked to create a homelike, modern environment for our professionals to highlight the family culture of the firm while creating a warm, professional and welcoming environment for our clients.”
