RealShare NEW YORK: Interest Rates Won't Spike Yet
Sounding an optimistic tone, Michael Cohen, president, tri-state region, said at RealShare New York that interest rates won’t see “any kind of spike” for 12 to 24 months—or, at least, he feels the market has convinced itself of that. He also expects to see more leasing and investment sales activity through year-end.
