Philly CRE Doesn't See Major Highs or Lows
PHILADELPHIA-Commercial real estate in Philadelphia never saw the highs of the boom, but the good news is that the market hasn't seen the low lows of the recession, either, says David Ricci, a partner at The Flynn Co. and local chairman of ULI. He spoke with us recently at RealShare Philadelphia.

- Why the commercial real estate market is both stable and improving.
- How the industrial sector is holding up in the area as opposed to the rest of the country.
- Why the Lehigh Valley is strong and how the ports are doing.
