SAN DIEGO-A recent downgrade of Walgreens has some in the industry concerned, but the retail net leases environment is still going strong, contends Alvin Mansour, a senior vice president at Marcus & Millichap. He spoke here with Ian Ritter at the recent ICSC Western Division conference.
