NEW YORK CITY-Some regional developers are getting financing, but mainly only in the multifamily sector, said Stephen Duffy, managing director at Moss-Adams Capital. In a conversation with GlobeSt.com's Ian Ritter he revealed that most new development is still only taking place in large primary markets.
