IRVINE, CA-It makes sense that commercial real estate auctions are popular during tough economic times, but they might not go away when the economy improves. Rob Friedman, chairman of REDC and Auction.com, is hopeful that they won't.
"Auctions, we think, are the best closing tool in the industry," he said. Friedman recently spoke with GlobeSt.com's Bob Howard for GlobeSt.TV.
