The six-year-old firm is forming Greater Orlando Title and partnering with Atlanta-based HomeBanc Mortgage Corp., considered the 58th largest conventional lender and the eighth largest online loan originator in the United States. Terms of the HomeBanc strategic alliance weren't disclosed.
Signature has 150 agents serving Orange, Seminole, Osceola and Lake counties, a Central Florida area with an aggregate population of 1.6 million, according to the last U.S. Census Bureau data. HomeBanc offers 150 different loan programs.
