Technician Services, Inc. will use the space in the 38,000-sf industrial building for telephone-switching systems engineering and installation operations. In an unrelated DuPage County industrial lease deal, PGL Inc has renewed its lease on an 8,554-sf building at 650 Wheat Lane in Wood Dale, Illinois. Bercu and Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. senior vice president Ronald J. Behm, SIOR represented the building owner; Behm also represented PGL.
