Duke Realty moves on to a recently-completed 46,050-sf speculative building at 858 Meridian Lake Dr., where there is room for six more tenants. There also is another 21 acres next door owned by Duke Realty for future development in Meridian Business Campus.
"A good deal of credit for the successful lease-up of (880 N. Enterprise Dr.) goes to Keith Stauber and Jeff Janda of Colliers, Bennett and Kahnweiler," says Duke Realty senior vice president Jim Connor.
