"While the economy changes, so do renting and management patterns, and our membership has to be ready to meet the changing needs of its residents," Rossi.adds.
The group represents multifamily property owners and managers who control more than 103,000 units in the city and suburbs. The group also provides training to its members on such issues as fair housing and licensing in addition to lobbying city and state lawmakers.
Rossi is a licensed broker in Florida, Colorado and Minnesota in addition to Illinois.
