Parkway North Center scored 99.8% in the suburban office complex (low rise) category across seven categories: community impact, tenant-employee relations, building standards, energy management systems and procedures, building accessibility, emergency evacuation procedures, and training for building personnel.
The 250,000-sf One Parkway North is more than 50% leased to Alliant Foodservice, Inc., with Toshiba America Electronics holding 21,000 sf.Average asking rents in the 1-million-sf Parkway North Center office parkare $18 per sf, net.
