The new role includes developing new business worldwide, using new technology and marketing programs.
"We've got an impressive foundation. As we move ahead, we'll take that foundation and grow aggressively," Mowatt says.
An attorney, Mowatt worked in that role for the US Securities and Exchange Commission after graduating with a law degree and MBA from the University of California at Berkeley.
