The largest portion of the fund's latest acquisition is the 1-million-sf Mitry Compans and Plessis Pate, both outside Paris. The facilities' tenants are Norauto, Hays, Daher and Easydis. Also, two buildings in Servon, France totaling 350,160 sf were bought from logistics operator la Fleche in a sale-leaseback deal.

In Hemel Hempstead in the UK, ProLogis picks up 358,492 sf in two buildings leased to Gillette. The buildings are bought from Scottish Equitable.

In Cornaredo, Italy, ProLogis completed a sale-leaseback of a 242,187-sf facility with Sittam.

In The Netherlands, the fund has acquired the 210,972-sf Veghel Distribution Center I, under a long-term lease to Alloga.
