Despite a big uptick in I-55 Corridor vacancies, the submarket's location along expressways and tollways provide a natural draw, says Terry R. Yormark II of Inland Real Estate Sales' Oakbrook, IL office, who represented Illinois Paper.

"Bolingbrook is attractive to any company that relies on distribution of goods because of its location next to I-55 and I-355," Yormark explains. "The low taxes are also a great benefit that Illinois Paper Company will see by moving to this location."
