FaciliTech Systems Inc. has cut a long-term lease for the property, owned by a local investment group. Frank G. Jester II of Dunn Commercial LP in Arlington represented the tenant while Ken Wood of the Ken Wood Co. in Dallas negotiated terms for the investment group.
In another 5,000-sf lease, Jester and Dunn Commercial's John Dunwoody signed Stan's Foods to a spot in 3030 Avenue E. East in the Arlington section of the Great Southwest Industrial Park. HDW & Associates Ltd. is the building owner. The Dunn Commercial team were the sole brokers in the long-term lease negotiations for the tenant's planned distribution site for beverage dispensers.
