Dart Container leased the extra space at 201 Butcher Rd., a stand-alone building that also fronts Interstate 35. Building owner National Freight Inc. of Vineland, NJ, previously used the building to distribute Owens-Corning Corp. products, David Teeter of Henry S. Miller Commercial in Dallas tells GlobeSt.com.

Dart Container, founded in the 1950s, is a manufacturer of high-quality insulated foam cups, with restaurant chains as its main customer base. The Butcher Road building will be used for extra storage for inventory and distribution of its wares. Teeter was the sole broker negotiating the short-term pact.
