The Federal Milk Market Administrator is relocating due to its expansion needs and its desire to upgrade its building. The 165,000 sf eight-story office building was completely renovated in 1987 and is located across the street from South Station.

While the city's overall available space is at 16.6% according to Trammel Crow Co.'s latest statistics, the South Station area's overall available space is a relatively healthy 8.8%. Still that figure is nearly double the overall available space for South Station from the same time last year when it was at 4.6%. The average weighted rent for this type of space is currently $44.61 per sf.
