Dunn will construct 17 full-service bank buildings throughout the metro area. Nine of the buildings are scheduled to be built this year.
Constructed from four prototypes, each bank building will have 3,500 sf with a brick and stone exterior and metal roof. The banks will feature a drive thru with four bays and a landscaped parking lot.
Dunn will facilitate the planning and zoning reviews for each project, and will assist in obtaining building permits.
Each building is expected to take about 120 days to complete.
In addition to the construction project in Colorado, Dunn will be building another 32 Compass Banks throughout the Western U.S.
Dunn, based in Kansas City, MO, has regional offices in Denver and Colorado Springs. The family owned business has more than $1.5 billion in annual revenues and more than 2,500 employees.
