Locally based TeleTech Holdings Inc. initially built the 128,500-sf, four-story building for its world headquarters, but never occupied it, instead paying $31.5 million for the AT&T Broadband headquarters in the Meridian International Office Park in Douglas County.

In October 2001, the RREEF Fund bought the then empty building for $12 million. RREEF, a Chicago-based pension-fund adviser, completed the interior of the building and sold it.

The CB Richard Ellis team of Ron Urgitus, Tim Swan and Mary Sullivan handled the deal. Marc Realty owns more than 40 buildings in the Chicago area, as well as an office tower in New Orleans.
