The Houston firm of Delange, Hudspeth, McConnell & Tibbets re-upped 10,643 sf at 8 Greenway Plaza. The tenant has been in the building for five years, Jon Silberman with the Houston office of NAI Partners Commercial tells GlobeSt.com. He says his client looked around, but decided the economics were right at 8 Greenway Plaza plus the decision-makers liked the amenities.

Fort Worth-based Crescent Real Estate Funding III LP is the building owner, which used in-house broker Warren Savery to negotiate the terms. In addition to Silberman, NAI Partners' Drew Lewis represented the tenant.

In southwest Houston, Management Alliance, a Dallas staffing firm, stayed put in 8,360 sf at 2600 S. Gessner. Silberman says his client shed a couple thousand sf of office area. Again, the five-year tenant shopped the market, but found that staying put offered the best economics, according to Silberman. Bob Cromwell of Moody Rambin Interests in Houston represented the building owner, TMG Southwest LP.
