Located on nearly half an acre at 300 E. Lombard St., the 19-year-old building that contains Alex.Brown's new office space has recently undergone a massive renovation courtesy of owner Amstar Group Ltd. While advertised space in the structure leases for $25 per-sf, the exact terms of Alex.Brown's lease agreement are unavailable.
"They are a well-respected firm whose commitment to the city reinforces the strengths of the business environment and the overall amenities of the Inner Harbor's business district," Amstar investment manager Robert Toomey notes of its newest tenant.
Colliers Pinkard represented the building owner in the lease transaction, and Trammell Crow represented the tenant. Other occupants in the class A property include Ballard Spahr Andrews & Ingersoll LLP, McCarter & English LLP, and Thinq Learning Solutions.
