Located off Burke Centre Parkway and Route 123, Burke Centre rounded it out its list of tenants by welcoming Fastframe to a 1,600-sf space and Potomac River Running to a 2,000-sf space. At Franklin Farm in Herndon, locally owned chain San Vito Italian Restaurant helped to bring the retail locale up to maximum capacity by taking on a 3,200-sf space. "At the end of the day, our primary objective is to add value to our properties, and reaching 100% occupancy is one way to demonstrate that value," JBGR principal Jim Garibaldi explains.
