"We're hoping that our Angels will be back to their winning ways next spring, for at least the next 10 years," says Transwestern Commercial Services senior vice president Greg May of the 2002 world champions.

May handled negotiations along with Chris Shea for Chicago-based Transwestern Investment Co., which owns the 212,325-sf building at the junction of Interstates 5, 22 and 57 in a joint venture with Mutual of New York. Lonnie Riddle of Grubb & Ellis represented TransUnion.
