The developer, based in Maryland Heights, MO, a St. Louis suburb, is receiving a multi-million-dollar incentives package from Camden County in the form of a 10-year property tax break and possibly a $1-million grant from the state to help offset costs of the shopping center renovation, area retail brokers familiar with the transaction tell GlobeSt.com. The Camden County Joint Development authority negotiated the deal with Express Scripts.
