The Condo Store sold 108 homes in Tampa's Siena Villas for an estimated $12 million in less than six months and then sold all of the 140 homes in the first phase of Madison in St. Petersburg, FL, valued at an estimated $15 million, in less than 90 days.
At the 308-unit Audbon Condominiums at Feather Sound, the Condo Store has 60% of that project sold. And in nearby Sarasota, FL, 150 of the 187 condos at the Broadway Promenade have been purchased.
Now the Tampa division of the Condo Store has only three condos left to sell at the 336-unit ParkCrest Harbour Island development. The estimated $25 million in sales were rung up in 60 days with 90 of the sales registering in the first 36 hours of the sale.
"The combination of ParkCrest's desirability and our marketing platform has produced one of the most successful sales initiatives in our company's history," says Brad Horner, vice president and director of sales for the Condo Store. The condos are selling from the upper $100,000 range to $800,000.
About 1,300 potential buyers signed up on the Condo's Internet site for the homes, Horner says. The main reason for the intense buyer interest is that ParkCrest is "the last new waterfront residential address available on Harbour Island and boasts expansive views of Downtown Tampa," the broker says.
