Construction is scheduled to begin in March. A 7,000-sf sales center overlooking the site is currently under way. It will feature a full model kitchen and bath of the 19th-story penthouse in one of the towers.

Pre-construction pricing for the one-, two- and three-bedroom units ranges from $240,000 to $800,000. Sizes range from about 730 sf to 1,900 sf.Kitchens have stainless steel appliances and a choice of Italian cabinetry and granite countertops. Master baths have 6-foot tubs, separate showers and marble vanities. All units are pre-wired for high-speed Internet access and numerous audio/video entertainment options.

The project, designed by locally based Arquitectonica, consists of two 40-story towers along with 20,000 sf of street-level retail. Each of the buildings is a prism with horizontal bands of glass along a series of curves. A seventh-floor pool deck contains a separate, infinity-edge pool for each tower and a 12,000-sf fitness center with a spa, yoga and Pilates studio. The property also contains a clubroom for billiards with an indoor/outdoor bar, and there is a library, wide-screen theater room and fully equipped business center.
