It is located on Blue Heron Boulevard with direct access to the Intracoastal Waterway overlooking Singer Island just west of Phil Foster Park on a site formerly known as Inlet Harbor Marina. The opening phase contains a dry storage building for 300 boats up to 45 feet long, a ship's store, Texaco Starport, marine forklifts, full 24/7 marina service, resources for marine-related maintenance and repair, luxury rest facilities, club members' pool, spa/massage center, laundry/dry cleaning facilities, and a fully equipped business center with high-speed Internet connection, email, print and copy service in addition to meeting space.
A full-service restaurant and catering service are set for phase two, followed by the residential condo component. Coral Gables-based BC Architects is designing the entire complex. Swerdlow is developing the towers, which will contain two-bedroom, 2.5-bath and three-bedroom, 3.5-bath waterfront units ranging from 1,565 sf to 2,288 sf. Sales prices have not yet been determined.
This is Seven Kings' second Loggerhead Club & Marina brand facility, and the anchor for additional development projects under the city's redevelopment plan.
