The Forks Township project is a 150,000-sf manufacturing/warehouse facility for Philadelphia-based Tioga Pipe Supply, which specializes in steel pipe and related products. The building includes 4,200 sf of finished office space and a laboratory area. It will be Tioga's fifth US location.
The largest of the LIVP VI buildings is a 45,034-sf flex building that will be offered for sale or lease. It has a masonry facade, 24-foot clear ceiling and on-site parking.
The other two LVIP IV properties are medical specialty build-to-suits. A 21,000-sf building for Prager Medical Group contains eight exam rooms, three consultation rooms, an audio consultant room and business offices. A 25,000-sf building for Oza Medical Group includes two exam rooms, two lab rooms and three chemotherapy treatment rooms.
The City Line Road project is a 72,350-sf total retro-fit and addition for Massachusetts-based Harvey Industries, a maker of insulated windows and doors and a distributor of building products throughout the Northeast. JGPCO is completely renovating the existing 53,100-sf building and adding a 19,250-sf warehouse with a clear ceiling height of just over 19 feet and four loading docks.
